1. Ethical Selling Practices

Komek Wellness operates strictly as a product-based business.

Sales and promotions must focus on genuine product value, not recruitment alone.

Forced, misleading, or pressure-based selling practices are strictly prohibited.

2. Income Representation

Komek Wellness does not guarantee income, profits, or financial success.

Earnings, if any, depend on individual effort, skill, sales performance, and market conditions.

Misrepresentation of income potential is a serious violation.

3. Product Claims & Communication

Associates must not make medical, therapeutic, or disease-curing claims.

Only company-approved product descriptions and materials may be used.

Exaggerated, false, or misleading statements are prohibited.

4. Marketing & Brand Usage

Unauthorized use of the Komek Wellness brand, logo, or content is not allowed.

False advertising, fake testimonials, or manipulated content is strictly prohibited.

Online and offline promotions must comply with company policies and applicable laws.

5. Customer & Data Ethics

Customer privacy and data confidentiality must be respected at all times.

Associates must not misuse or share customer information without consent.

Transparent pricing and fair customer interaction are mandatory.

6. Legal & Policy Compliance

All associates must comply with applicable Indian laws, including Direct Selling Rules and Consumer Protection regulations.

Associates are required to follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

7. Violations & Disciplinary Action

Any violation of this Code may result in:

Warning

Temporary suspension

Permanent termination of association

Legal action, if necessary
