1. Shipping Coverage
KOMEK Wellness delivers products across selected serviceable locations within India.
Delivery availability depends on courier partner serviceability.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel delivery to any location without prior notice.
2. Payment Mode (Prepaid Only)
KOMEK Wellness operates on a strictly prepaid payment model.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available under any circumstances.
Orders are processed and shipped only after successful online payment confirmation.
Orders with failed, incomplete, or reversed payments shall be treated as automatically cancelled.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 24–72 working hours after payment confirmation.
Sundays, public holidays, and unforeseen operational delays are excluded.
Processing time is separate from delivery time.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeline (Not Guaranteed)
Delivery timelines mentioned on the website are estimated only and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery depends on:
Courier partner operations.
Customer location.
Weather conditions.

5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, even in case of return, cancellation, or failed delivery.
6. Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details, including correct PIN code and reachable contact number.
The Company shall not be responsible for delays, non-delivery, or RTO (Return to Origin) caused due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address.
Unreachable phone number.
Customer unavailability at the time of delivery.
7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery
Courier partners may attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
If delivery fails:
The order may be returned to origin (RTO).
Shipping and logistics charges will be deducted.
Refund, if any, will be processed at the sole discretion of KOMEK Wellness.
8. Delayed, Lost, or Stuck Shipments
In case of delayed, lost, or stuck shipments, KOMEK Wellness will raise an inquiry with the courier partner.
Replacement or refund (if applicable) will be initiated only after courier investigation is completed.
The Company’s decision shall be final and binding.
9. Damaged or Leaked Parcel on Delivery
Any damage or leakage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A complete unboxing video is mandatory.
Such cases will be handled strictly as per the Return & Replacement Policy available on the website.
10. Force Majeure
KOMEK Wellness shall not be held liable for failure or delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters.
Strikes or lockouts.
Government actions.
Pandemics or public health emergencies.
Logistics or transportation disruptions.
