Return & Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All sales made by KOMEK Wellness are considered Final Sale.
Returns shall be accepted only where legally mandatory or solely at the discretion of the company.
Under no circumstances does the customer have an automatic right to a refund.
The decision to issue a refund, replacement, or rejection rests entirely with KOMEK Wellness.
2. Eligibility for Return / Replacement
Return or replacement may be considered only in very limited cases, strictly to prevent any loss or misuse against the platform:
A. Damaged / Leaked Product on Delivery
A complete unboxing video is mandatory.
Claims without video evidence will be rejected outright.
The video must clearly show:
Outer packaging
Inner packaging
Product seal
All in a single, continuous, unedited recording.
The claim must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
B. Wrong Product Delivered
Replacement will be provided only if the product is:
Unused
Unopened
Seal completely intact
Refunds are not applicable. Only replacement may be issued.
C. Manufacturing Defect
All such claims will be verified by the KOMEK Wellness Quality Control (QC) Team.
The QC team’s decision shall be final and binding.
If verification fails, no return or replacement will be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances:
Health supplements.
nutraceuticals
wellness powders
capsules
tablets
Opened, used, or partially used products.
Complaints related to taste, results, performance, or effectiveness.
Free gifts, promotional items, or combo offers.
Discounted or offer-based products.
Products damaged due to customer handling, including:
Dropping
Exposure to heat
Moisture or improper storage
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered only if:
The product is unavailable and replacement is not possible.
Refund Method & Timeline
Prepaid Orders: Refund processed within 7–15 working days after approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued only as Store Wallet Credit. No bank refunds will be processed.
KOMEK Wellness reserves the right to reject any refund request without obligation to provide justification.
5. Replacement Policy
Replacement approval is subject to QC verification by the company.
If the replacement product differs in price or availability:
The customer must pay the price difference in advance.
Replacement will be dispatched only after full payment confirmation, if applicable.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation is not allowed after dispatch.
Even before dispatch, the platform may deduct processing or handling charges.
Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in permanent COD blocking for the customer.
7. Logistics & Delivery Rules
Delivery will be attempted up to 3 times.
If delivery fails:
The order will be auto-cancelled.
Shipping and logistics charges will be deducted before any refund.
KOMEK Wellness shall not be responsible for:
Incorrect or incomplete address.
Unreachable contact number.
Customer unavailability at the time of delivery.
8. Final Decision & Policy Modification Clause
All decisions taken by KOMEK Wellness shall be final, conclusive, and legally binding.
The company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this policy at any time, without prior notice.
Continued use of the website and services implies automatic acceptance of the updated policy.
